Dr. Sailendra was born in India and moved to the United Kingdom for further medical training. He completed medical education in India and Manchester, followed by Internal Medicine training in England, community cardiology fellowship work and postgraduate studies in cardiology.

He moved to Lethbridge in 2014 and has worked at Chinook Regional Hospital since then. His interests include football, fast cars and family time with his wife and two daughters.
